Toni Bolton

Toni Bolton has been licensed since 1977, 34 years!  She has continuously worked, specializing in the historic districts of the French Quarter, Marigny and Bywater. Ray Ruiz

Ray Ruiz has sold real estate locally for the past 19 years, concentrating in the historic district areas. He is very knowledgeable about the current market and housing values.  Ray graduated from St. Joseph's Seminary, attended University of New Orleans and the Sorbonne in Paris, graduating with a B.A. in Philosophy and English from LSU in 1970. He earned his M.S. degree in Psychology from Golden Gate University in San Francisco in 1987.  Ray was a Manager for AT&T for 22 years in San Francisco before returning to his native New Orleans, where he currently runs La Dauphine bed & breakfast in Faubourg Marigny, in addition to selling real estate.  He looks forward to serving your real estate needs.
